What we collect
For customers: the account information needed to run your membership (name, email, postal code) and your transaction history with participating businesses. For business partners: the business information needed to operate your account and process rewards.
How we use it
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of what's needed to operate the platform — point-of-sale integration (Square, Clover) to earn and redeem points, and email notifications about your account or transactions.
How we protect it
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Login sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Sign-up and login are rate-limited to prevent automated abuse.
